Top quality products, such as beaten small chicken fillet, natural cream butter (83% fat), particularly fragrant dried dill, accompanied by our little secret of production, to which forming and breading of the cutlets by hand contribute, are used to prepare the dish. Therefore, our chicken Kyiv cutlets are as such if they were made by the mother. Forming by hand helps to create a unique shape of the cutlets and a perfect ratio of chicken fillet to butter filling, and, at the same time, to combine things that seem difficult to combine – crispness of the coating of breadcrumbs and juiciness of the chicken meat, and, also, the subtle taste that is difficult to describe, which must simply be felt by the eater himself.

Chicken fillet 36.5 % (country of origin: Lithuania), breadcrumbs 14.7 % (WHEAT FLOUR, drinking water, iodized salt, yeast), BUTTER 13.5 %, EGG mass 13.1 %, vegetable rapeseed oil 21.1 %, iodized salt, dried dill, ground black pepper.
