The croquette is made from high quality pork cutlet meat, that we mince ourselves, with well-expressed spices dominated by basil and other Mediterranean herbs. Extra-thin pork bacon gives the croquette additional flavour. During frying, the bacon is seared and gives the dish a pleasant crunch. Positions of fried and non-fried croquette with bacon are available.
