1. In the microwave oven: remove the frozen minced meat from the package, transfer it to a bowl suitable for the microwave oven. After setting the defrosting mode, heat the product in the microwave oven for about 4 minutes. Note: Defrosting time may vary depending on the power of the microwave and the amount of soup being heated. With constant stirring, heat the thawed product in a pot over low heat until it boils, from 10-12 minutes, until the internal temperature of the product reaches a temperature not lower than +75*C. Or: 2. In the microwave oven: pour the warmed minced meat into a microwaveable bowl, cover with a plate. After setting the 800W power mode, heat for about 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature of the product reaches a temperature not lower than +75*C.

Frozen product. Store at a temperature no higher than -18 °C. Do not re-freeze the thawed product. The shelf life of the thawed product is up to 48 hours when stored at (0 +6) °C.
