The thawed pork semi-finished product is fried in a heated pan with fat on both sides for 3 minutes until nicely browned. Bake the thawed pork neck steak in the oven at 165-170*C for 15-18 minutes.

Frozen product. Do not store above –18 °C. Do not refreeze defrosted product again. Shelf life of the thawed product is up to 48 hours when stored at 0 - +6 ° C.
