Traditional Lithuanian pork chop, covered with a delicious crust of breadcrumbs and made only from the highest quality pork loin. It is pounded extra thin to make the meat even softer and seasoned only with natural spices. Fully ready for baking and serving.

Pork loin 72%, breadcrumbs (contains WHEAT flour), egg mass, premium WHEAT flour, vegetable rapeseed oil, garlic, drinking water, edible iodized salt, black pepper.

The thawed pork semi-finished product is fried in a heated pan with fat on both sides for 3 minutes until nicely browned. Bake the thawed pork neck steak in the oven at 165-170*C for 15-18 minutes.

Frozen product. Do not store above –18 °C. Do not refreeze defrosted product again. Shelf life of the thawed product is up to 48 hours when stored at 0 - +6 ° C.
