Defrost in the refrigerator (0-+6°C) for 2 hours.
Microwave oven. Heat the thawed meatballs at 600W for 2-3 minutes.
Oven. Bake the thawed meatballs in a preheated oven at 170* °C for 10-12 minutes, until the internal temperature of the product reaches +75*C.

Frozen product. Do not store above –18 °C. Do not refreeze defrosted product again. Shelf life of the thawed product is up to 48 hours when stored at 0 - +6 ° C.
